Her ex cheated and only told her when he was getting married to the other girl. His new wife also happens to get him lead roles regardless of everyone else’s feelings and he antagonized her when she got an extra role and he got a lead role. Pretty shitty ex but the ML seems pretty considerate even to random people and ends up interested in her barely by interaction three. I also like that they didn’t shy away from affection and sex as adults who have been in previous relationships.
