Okay so this manhwa made a big impact on me, since i had a similar experience with a friend that I was close with and suddenly started hating me (still don't know why). The shock Skyler causes in Yeonduk by hating him even thought he expressed his love all the time, the way their lack of communication affected their perceptions of each other, the misunderstandings and their feelings. All of those stuff that i found stressful, and even the sort of poetic hair thing (it was hard getting used to this tho) in Skyler, representing the universe of Yeonduk, the man his life gravitated around, the person that became a part of his existence. Skyler was always there. And how their teacher represented the peace, the clear sky in the middle of emotional storm of Yeonduk (I have a theory the teacher is actually a representation of god) . All the symbolism this manhwa used really made an impact on me, because Yeonduk struggled, he hated Skyler but he couldn't let go of the Slyler of his memories. He just wasn't able to hate him because of this. And the reason under Skyler behavior,,,, it all felt too familiar with me. It all reminded me of childhoos, of friends you wanted to be with you together and left your side without telling you why. Friends you don't chose to lose. It was so depressing I had to read it in one night, but the way this is going, I hope they reconcile.
