This is a very sweet, sorrowful and well done story. The art is awesome though a touch unusual with the b&w foreground and colored backdrop. The plot is amazing and I was chopping onions while reading several times. The characters are unique and flawed and easy to differentiate. The pacing is perfect, it never got boring or felt rushed.
Young orphan ML meets an old woman who calls herself his grandma. She is an incredible martial artist and sees potential in her new grandson. The story is about the ML gaining power and the struggle to love people who may not always deserve it while punishing those who do.
Kinda spoiler: the ending is perfect and I am typing this through my tears.
