Sweet fluff mostly, when the director spanked him the first time I thought it might be a little grittier, but the main story is fluff, love, naivete, and misunderstandings.
The part with the bondage, trauma, deep pain and dark motivation. Where the real story is. They never mention again. It is utterly disappointing and almost turned this into a 3 start, which is honestly what it is because of the mixed stories. Even out ML trauma is only touched on...disappointing for sure.
