5️ Chp 149 26 Jan 2023 I wasn't sure at first tbh, it is a pretty standard martial arts OP trope so there isn't really that much to say about the plot. The MC is interesting and enjoyable to read and every side character is identifiable and has unique personalities. The strength accumulation is a bit far fetched, but I have def read worse. The art theme is nice but I wish it had been included more for power up consistency.

4️ chp 142, 15 Feb 2023 Not bad, it has a slow pace but it fits the story. It is a harem kinda, but the followers come and go and they aren't fan service or simps so they only add to the story in a good way. Still unsure how he gets his powers, that would help the story. Scribe meets OP guy who is killing 3 other OP guys for revenge, that all plays out in the first 50 ish chps. Suddenly the scribe (from watching OP fighter) knows martial arts and is really good at it. This story is the rest of his life and adventure. Kinda fun to watch a story like this. It is like the history of a hero used as an example in another story. That doesn't make sense, just read it, maybe then you can guess what I mean.

5️ Complete? Chp147 Most of the chapter translation is good but there are a couple in the 70s and 80s that are awful. Grandfather sends ML to find his wife (through arranged marriage). ML is strong and his martial arts are flexible and powerful. The one month trip to meet his bride has many side adventures where he grows, finds friends, love and pain. The OP growth is (as always) a little too much too fast, but much better than other stories I have read. The side characters and women are not frustrating and have unique art that helps them not get confusing (mostly). Even though there are a hundred clans and factions (typical of the genre) they are usually pretty easy to remember. Definitely worth a read if you like the genre.

8/10 18 May 2023 Chp 103 Very good! Great art, good translations for the most part and an exciting story. It is reborn/weak to strong/game so it is a little overdone with the tropes but it is still enjoyable. MC was reborn into his past life, he uses a game-like system and his own past knowledge to become OP. There is some inconsistencies as far as motive (get stronger, protect people, become king etc, pick a lane dude) but overall the MC and side characters are all enjoyable even if they are a bit 2 dimensional.

3️ Complete, ch10 ish 13 Jun 2023 Short yaoi about the emperor and the eunuch he continues to grape until he gives in, and loves him. It is fluffy and supposed to be sweet and it isn't awful but it isn't great either.

Made it to Chp 49, but there isn't really a story? It all feels like intro? So when does the story part happen? Synapses Egyptians gods don't like each other and are fighting

Chp115, 12 July 2023 Pretty decent, have enjoyed this story. The art is fine not great, the story is decent though maybe a bit simple in character development. Overall the dreaming is an awesome change from the standard rebirth! Makes so.much more sense! Female lead dreams of her future. It is full of pain and she decides to change it herself. She takes a gamble on marrying a man with a bad reputation, but the marriage isn't for love, just to escape her future so she doesn't need romance.

7/10 chp 207 21 Jul 2023 For those that loke the genre, they are going to love this. For me it requires to much background lore information which makes these type of martial art Manhwas a little tedious to read. Great art, good story, good characters The Jang family is in trouble, it will take a miracle to save them from the forces that surround this merchant clan. One man, whose talent is hidden has a favor to repay and so the Jang clan finds themselves with the most capable warrior fighting beside them. However, there may be a reason the warrior had remained hidden.

10/10 complete chp 196 8Aug2023 This is a very sweet, sorrowful and well done story. The art is awesome though a touch unusual with the b&w foreground and colored backdrop. The plot is amazing and I was chopping onions while reading several times. The characters are unique and flawed and easy to differentiate. The pacing is perfect, it never got boring or felt rushed. Young orphan ML meets an old woman who calls herself his grandma. She is an incredible martial artist and sees potential in her new grandson. The story is about the ML gaining power and the struggle to love people who may not always deserve it while punishing those who do. Kinda spoiler: the ending is perfect and I am typing this through my tears.

8/10 Chp 141 I enjoyed this quite a bit, the story is full but leaves out unnecessarily complicated plot points which a lot of these stories suffer from. The art is nice though it can feel a bit muddled at times. The ML is OP from the start though he does grow some through his fights. Young orphan is disliked in the community he grows up in with a brother and sister pair he is very close with. one day his the sister is kidnapped, the brother is murdered and he is left dying, tortured and hopless. A master martial artist finds him and begins his training. 10 years later he sets off to China mainland to find his kidnapped sister and his master's daughter.
