Honestly so good, though with a western education I am probably missing some lore that would help tie this together much better.
Bira, young man, lead character has made me laugh and cry several times throughout. Each of the characters are a wonderful mix of evil, good intentions, past mistakes, both genders and personal desires. No one is a flat character and you end up trying to understand all of their actions, even when those actions break your heart.
The character development is well paced and definite. It is confusing at times but does come together if you power through those moments. I am not sure if the confusion comes from the translation, the method of story telling or my own lack of understanding this mythology.
The art is amazing, the style, the character creation, everything. It draws you into a world were all these amazing things are possible.
