Review: With the ending, I’m wondering what the actual point of this story was. It’s like, boy in love with straight friend, dude is getting bj from gf but snaps when Maki is SAd by random girl. Then they’re a full couple and Shuu is holding himself back from sex which Maki wants (recurring theme within other works by this author) and by random chance at social is rufied by trash and then full on gangrape scene, despair, revenge, suicide attempt then trauma filled sex and then morning after comment. The end. It was too much for 6 chapters then an abrupt ending. The drama is gripping and the expressions convey so much but it was too squashed I feel. It kinda washes over the gangrape too without seeing him heal. I dunno. It’s gripping and the art is there but not really good in terms of storytelling. I’ve seen oneshots with better structure.
