No cutesy romance, just a tale about regret/remorse/perseverance/ ones own strength/ protecting/ surviving for a greater cause/ selflessness/ emptiness/ loss/ the feeling of despair.
Very interesting perspective of the human psyche vs the perception of ones own life and its purpose when you feel that all is lost.
Not depressing at all, but still sad. I read this with contemplation.
