Jiho is a relatively good looking, but completely broke college student that wants to compete on a TV cooking show to win money to care for his cat that has an incurable illness. His friends thinks he has zero chance of winning especially if there is another guy that’s better looking than him. The brainiac of the group suggest faking a relationship with the best looking guy, if Jiho isn’t the best looking one. On the day the contestants meet, Jiho meets Woohyuk, who is undeniably the best looking guy on the show. They’re the same age and quickly become close, even becoming roommates, until Jiho suggests they fake a relationship in order to win the competition. Woohyuk is completely disgusted by the suggestion, but things happen, and he eventually ends up agreeing.
There were some really intense moments, but the story could have been just a generic same sex couple, with supporting characters that add humor to the story. However, Director Lee, a producer of the show and love rival of Woohyuk, keeps things interesting. He’s an unusual character, mature with deep thoughts, great at comforting, and completely provocative; a true catalyst in the story. Also, the artist is excellent at portraying the pained expressions of the characters. At just a glance it would make me start to tear up. Loved this so much. It was worth sleeping for only 1.5 hours before coming to work.
