Love So Pure
First pair had a cute dynamic with a soft seme with a confident uke, however the couple’s attraction was fast paced and the uke was very pushy + dismissive of the fact the seme was inexperienced. Man didn’t even get to question his sexuality before being pressured to have sex. I also hate how the trauma for gay characters is almost always some shit ex outting them. Like gay people go through enough struggles as it is, you don’t need to recycle trauma to justify their unwillingness to get into a relationship. The second couple has a 6 year age gap and it’s a bit weird bc one looks like a high schooler while the other looks like he’s in his 40s but it’s still better than the first one. At least there was an exploration of sexuality and we saw a lot of character development. I also did like that the main characters end with a small group of friends with everyone.
