This. Author. Strikes. AGAIN!!!!! Ugh, wow she is too good at making baby heads like what? Ugh, wait not even. She is good at making character who just ARE baby. There’s “you’re a baby head” and then there’s “you are baby”. Ya know? Ao just isssss baby. Yes this BL is great for lots of reasons that are as to be expected from this author. Lovely, fluffy, realistically complex characters. Hot consensual, non-gratuitous yet also not underwhelming sex. And a uke that is baby. Hw we something separates Ao from the others in aytho’s other works but also..... from BL’s I usually read altogether. I want to be topped by lots of the seme’s in these BL’s x obviously right? Then every know and then (rarely, but it hapens), I find a uke that I want to top me as well. This here is the first time I have ever feel the genuine urge to want to top a uke. Like..... Ao is so fucking hot and sexy but also ugh woah way to adorable and I.................... ikindawanttomakehimcry . I literally never thought I’d ever think this way because I’ve always thought is was weird and foreign to me when seme’s mention wanting to do that to the uke in BL’s and also just it being a general Japanese cultural phenomenon of the “cute crying face” thing but ummm yikes, did it really catch me too with this guy? I think it’s most likely due to his moe gap. It... stirs my emotions 9.4

Ah man, this was super quality entertainment bro. Like, every single part of it was. I can say that for barely ever any BL but this one is one of them, entertaining all the way through— never a non-entertaining moment. This is the authors’s first work and it’s extremely easy to tell LOL. I could tell from like, the first chapter. She seems to have only just gotten a firm grasp on her art style before creating this and even then it’s not polished; here are prospective and visual continuity errors sprinkled throughout the entire thing haha. But ugh, the way I looked passed all of that because even if she doesn’t fully have the hang of it yet, she has still chosen to draw in an art style that falls within the realm of my favs. Add that to the fact that this was 77 chapters and from jump I knew that this was one of those BL’s that I adore: long in length, full color Korean manwha!!! Y’all know that’s my jam haha. Anyway, this was wildly good for a first try. Hot scenes were sometimes REALLY hot. The seme’s were to DIE for, way too suave and swoon-worthy bro. Uke wasn’t stupid and/or annoying. The plot kept a bitch on her toes!!, like man you literally did not know where this ploy was taking you next, which is strange because of how much on the surface this whole thing seems like it will be predictable AF. Romance was gushy and sweet and romantic in a way that I could gobble up forever. Honestly the only thing that kept me from thinking that the author had written this BL based off of info she sucked out of my personal desires, was the fact that she didn’t really go for humor much at all. Anyway, I was really on the fence about making this a fav vs an honorable mention. Like the whole time I was reading it I was but especially once I finished. Mainly because of the biggest and only huge glaring issue with this otherwise wonderful work of art: the relationship between the step brothers. Let’s be honest, everybody knows they shouldn’t have been allowed to be together. They were way too wildly toxic for each other and brought out the literal worst in each other to the point where these bitches were committing crimes and dragging other people’s lives to put them at stake for the sake of their personal drama. Pink hair baby boy is mentally unstable, they sold me on it completely without much effort needing to be made, I bought it. Truly seems like an extreme case of borderline personality disorder tbh. Being with the step brother ensures he will never get better. I especially feel bad for baby boy cuz they teased the hell out of us by introducing an entire arc wherein he is living with the man he is meant to be with and got that man falling in love with him and being best seme in the whole damn BL basically just for him to not be with him and instead run back into the arms of this toxic ass step brother. I feel bad for little lover boy ex manager and want to slip my number in his pocket because the moment he gets over pink hair nigga he need to come my waaaaaaaaaaaay . I feel bad for pink hair boi too cuz he’ll never get the help he deserves. You know who I don’t feel bad for? Doyoon or whatever the fuck his name is. I’ll just call him blue eyed devil. I hate that nigga and have from jump. His character motivations were unclear throughout and the whole thing with him being attracted to MC uke when he was a literal child..... sus as fuck ride to play it off and say he was turned on by seeing people cry but..... nah there’s too much to say about that whole messed up situation that I’m not going to even get into ahaha. Aside from that he knows he is and has been toxic to his bother for so many fucking years and knows the brother is mentally unstable yet it always trying to put the blame on him and make him feel like a bother/the problem. He is using and manipulating him when we get down to it and it wouldn’t be too much of a stretch to call it long term emotional abuse and/or gaslighting. Have the nerve at the end to be crying talkimboutsome “i L0v3d yOu AlL aLoNg ” Yeah so pink hair got off scotch free for multiple counts of assault, arson, attempted muster, etc..... yet he gets off scotch free because he’s some B-list celeb??.. yikes

(not in proper timeline order) To be honest, this doesn't need an intro or a review. The girls who know all know and we all know what it is. I’ve seen more people than I can count say this is the best, and it is. It’s got entirely too many things going for it. Too wholesome, too sweet, too cute, too pretty, etc… Now, are there some iffy and some wrong things thrown in there? For SURE. But, meh. It did what it needed to do for the people it needed to do it for at a time it needed to do it. One of the pillars in my journey as a BL reader. One day, now that this is fully done, I will come back and read the whole thing from start to finish (just like I will with Love is an Illusion and Hold Me Tight), and I’ll write fresh reviews are all three. Real, honest, un-fragmented reviews. And maybe even dish out new scores. Who knows? For now, this gets a 9.7

Yo, okay wait. I have never ever ever liked the second couple SOOO incredibly much more than the main in anything I’ve ever read before as I did with this. Like daaaaaaamn, first couple WHO?!?!?! fuck the first couple. lolol, not fuck them im just kidding whatever they were just super duper lack luster in comparison. On their own they weren’t that bad or anything considering the art style and webtoon-building skills of the author shines through in every part of the BL, and they were interesting enough, but nah the second couple blew them out of the water. The second couple should have actually just gotten their own manwha altogether though, because judging from the comments, I feel like a lot of people drop the this because of how annoying the first couple is in the beginning (bottom is a manipulative piece of shit!!!) so then they never experience everything the second couple has to offer :((( Anyway, forgetting the first couple..... the second was just ahhhhhhhh so everything I love them . This bottom.... I want to top him. I legit want to peg him and have him writhing beneath me. Lol, that sounds way more vulgar than I ever make these reviews but I’ve got to just be honest because that’s deadass how I feel. He is wildly adorable and super lovely and I want him. However at the same time, I want to BE him. Why? Because…. the top is ughhhhhh he so finie bro what the hell?!?!?! CHA DONGHA COULD DO WHATEVER HE FUCKING WANTS TO ME I WANNA HAVE HIS BABIES UGHHHGSLMCKSSKZ. Like, have you ever seen a couple who has a combined total attractiveness factor as this one? HELL NAH!!!! (attractiveness to me anyway). Anyway I love this so much. Second couple/second half of the BL deserves a 9.55 in my subjective opinion. Fuck “teasin” we were legitimately undersides to have the to identify as a sadist and the bottom identify as a masochist. Refreshingly upfront about sexual desires especially when it comes to power play. Loved to see it. Top is a near perfect balance between not enough and too much when it comes to BL. Ayoooo this shit was seriously funny lol. Effortlessly. Love the author’s sense of humor. Love this couple to pieces. Love this lovely short work of art. Art style wasn’t what I a, usually into but that added to my pleasantly surprised reaction. So freshhhhh. Sex scenes seemed to have been hot to many in the comments, but I didn’t really find then particularly hot- again probs an at style this. Sex scenes that appealed to me more are just about all I could ask more of from this. Handing this a solid 9.5. PS. Seom is such a fudging bad bitch!!!
