I had some mixed feelings about this. I like the story but at the same time i dislike it. I still dislike Kaoru because his thought about raping Yuka was the right choice. Taiga x Yuka and Kaoru x Rin are a fated couple. I still feel sorry for what happened to Rin, only Rin is suffering the most here. and Kaoru is the most selfish, he still rapes Yuka even though his goal is to save Yuka. Yuka is just as selfish, it's not clear how he fell in love with Kaoru. he just come to accept him since he has no other choice like yeah. for the taiga, due to his improved character development to the better my dislike for him decreased. if only kaoru didn't act like that maybe taiga and yuka could unite and live well. luckily Taiga tried to accept what had happened and tried to love Rin and treat him better. For Rin, it's sad what happened to him. he just wants to live with the person he's destined for, he's not an obsessed bitch. the proof is that after trying 2 or 3 times he decided to give up and not interfere with kaoruxrin anymore. although in the end he suffered and didn't remember who taiga was. taiga still do his best for rin and is always there for him. I love Taiga x Rin
For Summary:
taiga's fated pair was yuka. but right after their gender examination , before taiga and yuka realised this, taiga tried to sexually assult yuka . yuka was already scared about being an omega and with this he kind of lost it (only in that moment) . then yuka's childhood friend kaoru bit him and formed a bond (kaoru loved yuka) with him so that taiga wouldn't do anything to yuka. and because of this incident taiga and yuka drifted apart
kaoru's fated pair was rin. but kaoru loved yuka . so he said that he won't form a bond with rin. rin hearing this started being depresseed and stuff ( he was a firm believer of fate) . by that time taiga already was in love with rin. so when he saw that rin was in a very bad condition,he confessed to rin , who accepted this.
