Mitsumei
MC goes undercover to spy on childhood friend ML. It was a short, quick read, but I enjoyed reading the dialogue in Casablanca-old-movie accents.
At the End of the Road
Stop this has no reason being this interesting— I’m waiting for a sequel or something. The MC was drawn very prettily :(. His type of strong personality that takes no BS from bullies was so satisfying and I couldn’t stop reading because of it. The ML was kind of confusing but it was cute how they were more honest to each other at the end I guess. Webtoons also make people way cooler than they should be for some reason-
Remnant JUJIN Omegaverse
A believable enemies-to-lovers dynamic without it being too annoying. The MC is reasonably strong-willed and the ML is stoic but not emotionless or expressionless. They deeply care for each other; it’s like a mature relationship and the MC is like a teasing mother. I think that’s why I enjoyed the spin-off with the kids so much. It works so well and the kids are so cute ;’).
A Prince in a Luxurious Mansion
Rich puppy-like prince-like ML approaches broke art university student MC to offer him a place to live. Cute domestic life ensues. They were both so cute :( and even though it was short I love to see MC artists so I felt personally invested :’). I love how the ML first approached the MC because he admired his art. Also I LOVE the art style. So easy to look at.
Smoky Nectar
GODLY art and the author just uses dark bold lines and contrast so well. The MC and the ML are obsessed with each other, and if the leads are married-couple-obsessed, then it’s an A in my book. I usually don’t like vampire stories, but this was a little more interesting. Shounen BLs are always so short, though, and it makes me sad.
