this is self explanatory. sad asf. Watched the anime first and then went to read the manga. The portrayal of Mafuyu’s utter despair is done greatly. His yearning looks and sad emotionless expression just exudes from the screen. I can feel the utter and completely demolishing feeling of depression. Though the whole manga is amazing backed by the good songs, the sad pointer is that every plot point has to involve Mafuyu’s sad past and everything he does involves thoughts of Yuki. Like i undersatdn its hard to just move on, but every single thing involves him. The relationship between him and Ueno is just Mafuyu coping with Yuki’s loss. I just kinda hate that?? It feels so toxic. It’s so tragic. I lie; i love it. I love the tragic no matter how toxic. Hope to see the second pairing prosper.
