A plot which makes little sense - not sure why the sister had to kill herself - if only to prevent her own rape? And then the poor little uke caught in the middle - beautiful artwork can't cover up the plot holes in this.

This has it all, doomed romances, palace intrigue, race warfare, silly and serious characters and an enduring triangular love story. Plus the female lead is no wimpy victim.
