Loouser's manga / #romance(3)

This is the BL manga that I don't treat as BL, I don't know if it's a subconscious thing for me to seperate BL from other genres, but I do. A lot of BL feels like I'm reading a "guilty pleasure" sort of manga - but Given feels different. It deals with the topic of loss and mourning incredibly well and has fairly accurate depictions of relationships and what it feels like to be in one. Furthermore, not only is the art beautiful, but the couples are all very adorable in their own right, in a lot of romance genres, I skip the side-couple(s) but Given does a great job at making the couples interesting and the dynamics between them fantastic. Seriously, I need more.

Honestly thought it would be waaaay sadder, but I think I had some issues with the pacing of the manga which made it less tragic - it wasn't quite long enough for me to get attached but the concept was amazing and the art was quite beautiful
