Interesting manga, but i’m gonna quote a comment “most of the fetishes presented in this manga aren't really representative of their communities. Like idk about the period blood or the pregnant fetish ones, but BDSM can go a lot more extreme then just strangulation to unconsciousness, but still be safe for the parties involved. Usually there is a lot more communication and clarifications.“
