If you want DARK I can recommend you a few not sword fighter type but just interesting ones

The recommendations here are good, my favorite is greatest estate developer. On this site the name is different, written in the replies.

Funny hunter types:
- the player hides his past
- the dark mages return to enlistment

- please have a meal
- tondemo skill de isekai hourou meshi
- solo farming in the tower
- dungeon reset (also rich plot and funny)

Not so funny but rich stories:

- emperor and the female night (kingdom)
- the newbie is too strong (tower story)
- leveling with the gods (tower story)
- queen Cecil’s shorts (kingdom)
- resurrection of the catastrophic hero (monster break reality, revenge)
- the 31st piece turns the table (strategy, new reality)
- isn’t being a wicked woman much better (kingdom, revenge)

Go for Return of the Mount Hua Sect...

It's similar to this... Has comedy fun... Mc is hilarious.... But the story is deep...

Just like this at first it'll look some normal story... But let it cook oh boy...

Like this one that has various hidden angst and stuff... But upfront it's great...

Words cannot explain how similar these two stories are while being Worlds apart (literally) at the same time.

I'm not a novel reader... I hate reading without pictures yet these two are one of the only three novels I have ever read....
