The thing is , you can say that it's grooming if the intention of the groomer is to raise them intending to do "that" type of stuff to them. But for this manga, our FL isn't sexually grooming our ML. She see's ML as a kid that should be raised normally and not for other intention.
I'm sorry, I just don't feel right whenever someone says that this manga reminds them of grooming. You can obviously see that the FL's intention with our ML is pure. People shouldn't quickly arrive with a conclusion without thoroughly understanding the reason behind it.
