Hahaha. What do you mean. It's humanly impossible for someone to have ears on top on their cranial since it's where the brain is occupying most of the space and the the one at the side actually disappeared. It's fiction, just to make things easy and cute.
What i mean is, some artists forget to remove the human ears when they put the beast ears of some characters. So, it looks like the character has 4 ears in total.
