no it’s a shounenai. not yaoi. yaoi focuses on sex, and it’s literal purpose as a genre is to fetishize gay men. shounenAi focuses on the development part of a relationship. authors of shounenAi consider it degrading when their work is being called a yaoi. please learn the difference between the two genres.
Okay I won't invalidate that. I just consider if a work has the depiction of sex in it to be considered yaoi, and otherwise it is shounen ai. We can just generalize it all as BL.
