BRUHGJHDSLF i lied to my friend that i haven't read yaoi and he's new to anime and manga, so now he's recommending me yaoi for beginners ITS SO FUNNY they're all the obvious/well known ones (nothing wrong with those tho) and he's like read this for spicy scenes and read this for less spicy scenes LMAO IM THIS CLOSE TO BLOWING MY COVER AND GIVING HIM ACTUAL GOOD RECS like i read all the ones he's giving me and i just say "ohh I've heard of that one, maybe ill try it out!"

i have two requests if possible, altho idk if the first one even exists:

1) any GL's with a girl who crossdresses? (not a girl who's tomboy, but someone who dresses as a boy from time to time or maybe had to lie about being a boy... if that makes sense lol)

and

2) any straight mangas with a shy ml and a confident fl ? or not confident fl maybe just not the typical "shoujo manga" girl stereotypes ?

okay spoilers starting now.

kanas death was not the saddest scene for me, probably 3rd saddest.

the first was when Ryoko was dying, and she realized she had emotions, she cared for her child, and then Shinichi had a flashback of his mother and cried for the first time since being affected by migi. that scene made me bawl soooo hard.

the second was when migi "died" and realized he cared for Shinichi, as well as Shinichi missing migi. that part literally broke me

then i think the scene with kana will come in, only because it was kinda her fault she died. tbh i didn't really like kana,,, the only reason that scene made me sad was because Shinichi was changing at that time, and he realized it because he said to himself that he should've cried more, and that he wanted to cry more and be sadder, but he couldn't.

don't get me wrong there were MANYYYY scenes in this anime that made me sad asf but i just wanted to point this out since everytime i see this anime brought up everyone says kanas death was the saddest scene, that they want kana and Shinichi together etc. idk but i do wanna hear other peoples thoughts so if you actually read this far then lmkk

i just remember the one scene where one guy was modeling in a school fashion show or something and his bf or whatever they were at the time (I'm gonna call them bfs for now), was in the audience with a guy that likes him (aka the annoying dude that creates conflict/love triangle, i will call him guy 3 pretty sure they were childhood friends too), and during the fashion show before the bf was about to go on stage, guy 3 gets injured by boiling water or smth (a girl spilled something on him i think), and instead of the bf watching his bf on stage modelling, he takes guy 3 to the nurses office to help him, then the bf got jealous and stuff later and there was a whole argument. and guy 3 was hugging him in the nurses office when the bf who modelled saw them thru the window and barged in. they were high school or university students i think.

IM SORRY FOR THE HORRIBLE EXPLANATION THIS SCENE JUST POPPED IN MY MIND AND I CANT REMEMBER WHERE ITS FROM

(Bl, gl, shoujo, it doesn't even have to be romance either) something that'll stick with me after I finish, like one that makes me emotional/ connected to the characters, or something that will always impact you the same way each time you reread it. Possibly something deeper than just a light read? but not with stupid drama i mean. Sorry if this is too many requirements LOL they don't have to be anything specific :')
