haejoon: what bothers me the most is how he continues to see eunyung in a bad light despite them seemingly getting to be on better terms. it's like he refuses to even try with him, and constantly siding with juwan makes it worse. although, i'm thinking this is bc juwan is the first "normal friend" haejoon has had. so i think he's prioritizing that over whatever the fuck he had going on with eunyung.
eunyung: he's labelled as the problem child in the description, so he was obviously gonna be a piece of work. (slight spoilers!!) i'm pretty sure i saw in a previous comment that he was abused at home; however, though his emotions and trauma are valid, it doesn't excuse his inappropriate & hurtful (re)actions. it's kinda hard to really speak on him bc idk what he's been through, and i dont wanna be too insensitive.
juwan: he definitely shouldn't be bringing his home issues here, especially if he is the root of the problem (aka, he's irresponsible & leaves his shit everywhere then blames others). and he is kind of a little bitch for instigating these fights and then acting like they're going too overboard. though, it could be an instinctual response from his home life.
i honesty dont 100% hate any of them still, but i for sure am annoyed with all of them lmao. i am looking forward to them eventually sorting their shit out and being besties.
and when i learn to shift realities and save nakyum from all of this, what then? i'm so annoyed by seungho, i really am. idc what issues he got, at some point, you have to realize when you're being/doing too fucking much and hurting others to damn near beyond repair.
also, like i saw someone say on twitter, i'm tired of rape being used as a plot device (in bls specifically). like on one hand, i get it; historical stories/characters usually have archaic moral compasses & etc., but goddamn. if you're gonna try and still sell us a romance between these two characters, at least make their relationship salvageable
i really hope nakyum gets taken away somewhere SAFE and LOVING for a long ass time. and if (when) he and seungho do meet again if that actually happens, i hope he doesn't just...fall into seungho's arms. but i'm not optimistic for getting a "bad bitch nakyum" moment, even though we - and most importantly, HE - deserves.
i didnt expect to be so into this when i started reading this bc vampire bls tend to fall flat in a lot of places for me, personally (or they straight up frustrate me to no end); however, this is pretty good so far, i'm so invested. especially in sooin baby's happiness

part of me wants to sympathize with mr. han, but i've also read enough manga/webtoons to feel disillusioned. there's that little voice in my head that believes he's ultimately trying to emotionally manipulate param. especially since he and hwi already butt heads, i feel like he's gonna try and use sleeping with param as petty fighting fuel...
i just really can't take mr. han's feelings seriously, because i feel like this man is still a stray dog (aka for the STREETS).
as for param: i get that he isn't officially cuffed, but hwi has already made his feelings and intentions clear, and param acknowledged them (to an extent). messing around with mr. han rn is kinda fucked tbh.
why are the age differences in these kinda stories always so slightly off? i mean, it's mostly visual, but sometimes the difference in ages do be a lil...

I mean more than romantic feelings for her, she was the only person in the entire world who was kind to him so to him she is his everything. He is not fantasizing about her romantically right. He just really really cares for her. It is definitely different. As they become older he might romantically fall for her, then it will seem normal and gradual. But for now, she is his special person.
I'd be fine with it if it was just this story and one or two others...but the fact that it's somewhat of a trend with these female reincarnation stories is a bit worrying. Normalizing little girls getting with someone 5+ years their senior is not something we should be doing.
I don’t see anything wrong with 5+ thou? I mean over 20 years is a huge stretch but my parents are 5 years apart and if stories had the main couple be 1-4 years apart I feel like it’d have a more academy or childhood friend aspect that would divert the plot I mean idk but I’m personally okie with 5-10 years apart
I'm fine with 5+ or even 10+ ... IF the character are over 25. When one character is 5 and the other is 10 or older it's nothing but creepy. And even if the younger girl is "mentally an adult" (which just makes the age gap bigger, honestly) there is still so much emphasis on how *cute* and *childlike* and *adorable* they are.
