Seme is 32, uke age hint is only that the writing said he's 12 years younger than the seme. By calculating the numbers presented in the translation, Ryou's 20, but by the average age of a high school student, it's 18 which is causing confusion.
Raws show seme stating he's 32 y/o. Check out the same page where he tells uke and look at the JP characters. They stand for "3," "10," and "2" coming out to 32 years old.
