according to this link.
1. the twins are Hwa's but another one is mystery. which I think Ino knows about it.
2. Seulhyun is originally a female who got brainwashed as male. that's why Hwa is confused why Seulhyun said he is a male.
from what I understand about their relationship.
1. The godfather like one is the Lee Bin's father (he turned Lee Bin into vamp). they are the oldest vampires
2. Lee Bin and Hwagok are Hwa'ss parents.
4. Hwa is Seulhyun mate. Seulhyun marked him in childhood before both of them lose memories/brainwashed.
3. Seulhyun's parents are Ino's siblings which maybe we will know more soon.
