My theory is that one reason why might the seme be tired of the uke "acting innocent" is because they've done this before, i.e. they were in a relationship that Mieum may have forgotten about for some reason. So the seme knows that uke is not a virgin. But it could also just be me trying to rationalize a BL author's kink. Anyway.
