Oh! My Assistant Webtoon
This made me smile because they were so cute together! I'm glad the author included the realistic aspect of their relationship probably deteriorating which a lot of authors forget to do and completely ignore! I loved reading about the characters like they were my own babies growing up TT ^ TT
Hyperventilation
From a creator's perspective, not a reader:
Ok this did a really good job of providing the same feel of the anime which is its original form. It felt like I was watching a personal short film with heartbreak and love without anyone trying to overcomplicate things. The art was ethereal (except for Myeong's partner cuz he looks like a blockhead) but I only want to rate this highly because of how unique this piece is in the (yaoi) industry. It was the first korean BL anime and is was wonderfully *produced*. Otherwise as a reader, I would've given it an "ok" or a 2/5 because it's not my style (too "trying to be deep" and kept switching abruptly to flashbacks) and I wasn't invested in it to feel anything but an artist's admiration.
Bottomless Swamp (BookCube Version)
Yessss, I'm so glad the author actually executed this (the vampire falling in love theme) properly! Usually comic authors do the bare minimum just to make a relationship form but this is an actual story and I'm loving it. Each character's personality was actually explained and all their decisions made sense without inconsistency!
Vargoth's Magical Toys
Kinda cute, kinda funny, kinda sexy, and really cliche. I'm not a fan of the way the uke is acting cuz it's one of those cliches that annoy me (an innocent looking uke gets caught up in something that's too freaky and he loses all rationality when it comes to his seme) tied to another cliche of his childhood friend he forgot about turns out to be super hot and gay. It would be fine if the story built off of the cliches but it's heavily relying on them.
Don't forget that I like you
I really liked the cute kind of aesthetic art style but my gOd was the story incredibly boring u_u I gave up reading after chapter 20 because I already knew exactly what was going to happen and how.
Adam no Rokkotsu
I hate how the author just uses his condition as an excuse to have more sex
it's almost like they're fetishizing DID which I didn't even know was possible but I don't appreciate it considering this is the only DID related manga I've read
Yours to Claim
I LOVE THE ART!!!!!!!
the uke is the epitome of cute while the seme is the epitome of hot
update: pile of dog shit. dropped after 5 chapters lmao author has shit plot as usual
An Uncomfortable Truth
Absolutely LOVE this comic. For me, this will be something I'm going to remember for a while and keep in mind when writing stories of my own because it was that good. The author kiind of made the rookie mistake of dragging it out in the middle but I completely understand since it was their first comic.
Puppy Love (Eumnya)
wtf even is their relationship? do they expect me to find the gaslighting cute or something? I'll admit the art was cute for the most part and the BDSM was really sexy but it's also a turn off to see them fucking in public while a literal child passes by...like bro that's illegal
