yall saw jo literally saying tj should let ian go for his own sake but ran with it to say he’s greedy or weird??? i don’t think we’re reading the story the same because he very clearly was concerned for ians mental health and emotional stability every time he’s around tj…

it’s quite hypocritical when tj is the one forcefully clinging all these years, but jo is somehow the ultimate villain as if they haven’t sorted out their core problems for the past decade. power struggle aside this entire story has been showing up how ian is terrified of the person he becomes in affiliation with the gang, and tjs worst downside is that he won’t care if ian breaks down as long as he’s by his side. it’s concerning how ian isn’t seen as his own person in the story by some readers :(

"tjs worst downside is that he won’t care if ian breaks down as long as he’s by his side" and the upcoming flashbacks help prove this and how it relates back to chapter 8

You have done it again saying what's been on my mind. No cause honestly it's concerning how some people are mitigating Ian's situation. Focusing intently on the smallest details rather than seeing the whole made up by those details. Which also has lowkey been ticking me off how people are minimizing these characters to one aspect and running with it.

It also justs limits the story to one generalized concept. When it's so much more than that.

seeing you under my opinions about this story makes me smile because you always just get it

people don’t hold tj accountable for literally anything yet overly scrutinize jo/ian and it’s mind blowing!! it's SO true how readers take scenes out of context to give a character shallow traits instead of seeing it’s an accumulation of experiences/feelings/and more. tj fake fans r gonna be the death of this story i swear…

It might not be noticeable surface level but just pay attention to his reaction and Ian facially expression when he says "it's just me and you/its just the two of us" (I don't think that's a spoiler since it's also said in ch.8; its the same scene from a different perspective)

Don't worry too much on the upcoming chapters tbh.

Well by your logic, Ian isn't seen as his own person by Jo because he went and took a very important decision on his behalf. Refraining Ian from going after Tj was wrong. I don't care how biased you are, Jo knows nothing about them and how important Tj is to Ian so for him to step in and think it's in Ian's best interest to not follow Tj is just pure selfishness and greed. AND Tj is the bigger and most mature person in this case for letting Ian go with Jo and not intervening because that's what Ian told him earlier. He let him go like he wanted.

“took a very important decision” and it’s just jo saying ian shouldn’t keep going back to his toxic situationship . i appreciate u taking the time to try and refute but at the same time there’s a lot of points you made that contradict each other. just because two people are important to one another, it doesn’t make the relationship healthy or good. you don’t know what’s in ians best interest!! ian doesn’t like/is scared of the person he becomes around the gang. yet tj has tied him down to it and is willing to keep him broken over letting him go. do you remember when tj also said he’s tired of being patient and insinuated he was ready to do what it takes to make ian come back even by force ?? is that not pure selfishness and greed…

mind you i love ALL the (main) characters in the story, and enjoy their dynamics! but the complete mischaracterization, unbalanced hate, hypocrisy is where i get confused on y’all’s opinions

i think ur bias is actually clouding ur eyes because how can you see ian in tears + distressed from tj and think its greedy and pure selfish for jo to take him out of the situation and want him to take a breather/calm down? and after all the incidents we were shown with tj (ruining ians chances to bike professional, leaving the gang) believe he’s the more mature and bigger person? ian is his OWN person and it’s literally bare minimum for tj to not intervene ian/jo because at that point ian made a decision!!! jo didn’t take it from him… his decisiveness imo helped the anxiety we witnessed. it does bother me how yall reduce ian to his connection with tj and undermine how strong willed he is

im all for a good discussion!! but i cannot stand the double standards and complete lack of accountability when it comes to my babydaddy tj

plus the erasure of ians personality and jo being the super villain?? LMAO let’s be serious now… like yall aren’t even tj glazers fr, you’re supporting a completely different character atp

levipleasecallmeback June 30, 2024 11:19 pm

assuming the forth princess is a regressor, it’s wild to me she had another opportunity to live freely and not worry about her health… yet she chose to be a raging psychotic nasty bitch pursuing the one person who despises her (rightfully so) when it could be literally anyone else in the entire god damn kingdom. GIVE IT UP ALREADY LEAVE HER ALONE AND DIE PAINFULLY

levipleasecallmeback June 30, 2024 3:52 am

if you ever have no contact older siblings, it’s for a fucking reason?? it’s triggering to talk to someone who’s had the same parents as you but a completely different upbringing. he’s dealt with all the trauma and abandonment himself, but seeing his siblings live the life he was never given and NOT being chosen is brutal. the sister needs to understand she’s not owed a relationship being blood and it comes off so entitled to ask his partner to bring up the uncomfortable topic

levipleasecallmeback June 30, 2024 3:38 am

nothing changed about him? he’s been really pretty and not too large in stature, i think yall got used to seeing a 19 year old heeseo next to him. it was only heeseo who got large and oversized. i can’t say much about the aging not showing but then again korea is #1 in beauty treatments so let him have a little botox and chemical treatments okay!!

levipleasecallmeback June 30, 2024 3:33 am

taekyung seeing the image of old heeseo after he said ajusshi and sobbing because of all these complex emotions rising… he still cares for him very dearly, is disgusted with this situation, thankful to see him well, but he wants to stop all at once :(

the author just wrote this chapter so well, from a found family standpoint

levipleasecallmeback June 30, 2024 3:26 am

LEAVE THEM ALONE!!! so proud of sooyoung for sticking up for himself… but uh ml facade is broken and now he really has nothing to lose. so that’s great!! totally see where this is going now, just pure victim and abuser dynamic up ahead

levipleasecallmeback June 30, 2024 3:17 am

i feel so edged right now, he’s SO close to being reunited with the baby brother

levipleasecallmeback June 29, 2024 5:09 am

i actually hope sihwa did something to make the father go away, considering how sohans lack of boundaries wasn’t ever going to be fixed when it comes to family. it’s still a bleeding wound for him, and truly… the only solution was forcing the dad to leave destructively and in silence :(

levipleasecallmeback June 28, 2024 8:54 am

need to see beta narasaki and omega terashima with a kid after this interaction

levipleasecallmeback June 27, 2024 10:21 am

it very realistically shows the fear of rejection, loneliness, and insecurity that heightens as a new college student in an unfamiliar stage of life! this has less than ten chapters, but the mc is especially inspiring by constantly evolving and working on her complexes. it’s refreshing seeing her openly express her flaws and actively be reassured by the people around her that she’s SO much more than what her intrusive thoughts tell her
