All I remember from it was the omega mc’s pheromones are so strong it can make alphas weak , also the Top is an actor or something, I forgot, and this particular scene happened on a film set. (not sure either)
I’m not sure about omegaverse but this story has a similar scene. Basically the uke can use the sweet blood to make those around him submit to him. That particular scene happened in a film set as well in ch 80-81 so you can check it out
