Like other people already said, it's very impossible Ryomen die before Stupid Kenjaku. Even if I wish that it could happen, and we still have Weird Uraume on the back too.
So they most likely ambushed my precious Gojo - Sama.
And Sukuna's still missing a finger (he said it's with Satoru -Sama and I think Yuji will eat it at some point) but he eat that skull (it belonged to Tengen - Sama, aka thumb guy, I think), so something is going to happen because of that skull maybe its a hidden power of regeneration or something.
