I mean I get the fact the author is using this woman as a way for Ikumi ( I think thats his name) to actually confess and own up to his feelings. I just wish they would've done this 40 chapters ago, it seems really dragged out. I'll keep reading but there's nothing that makes me go "WHOOWEE CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER HOT DAMN THE SUSPENSE!".

I never read a chinese manhwa with this trope. What are they like?
Ok so the CEO is powerful and handsome. He is an arrogant man and usually doesn't like the female lead at the beginning at all(sometime rude, spiteful, hateful manipulative, or just plain abusive) usually over a misunderstanding. The Female lead is usually a weak girl being bullied by her siblings or family (the family usually starts the misunderstanding) and then after a lot of chapter the male lead falls for the FL when she doesnt really want him as a love interest. The second male lead will be nice and sweet and rich but then gets dumped for the first male lead after he miraculously changes (or blackmails her to leave the second male lead) for the female lead and then they end up liking each other.(sometimes the girl just gets Stockholm syndrome and falls for the guy that captured her). (and everyone just forgets the way he treated her before lol)
