I just think it's kinda hypocritical that in the story Athy is hated for wanting affection from her father and that all her actions made the people in the story dislike her but then the people who hate that they did that in universe also diss on Jeanette super harshly in real life. Dude Jeanette is a kid man, she's lonely and I relate on some level. Just leave her alone （￣へ￣）
Idk man, I'm sad but I don't get why we're crying? The whole point of this comic is that losing is necessary, it's both freeing and also a true measure of character. I loved blue haired kid and I'm sad he lost but look at his eyes now. He lost and he's the happiest he's been, he got up and tried and even though he lost he ultimately acheived his goal. Same for the skinny dude in the lightweight championship, losing isn't important, that's why it's not inherently narratively important whether Yu loses or not, Yu is empty in his winning streak and those who lose have learned to improve upon themselves.

Lmao maybe I didn't express myself properly. I'm a huge crybaby, I just didn't feel like him losing had the emotional impact that losing has in other comics.
