What happened to all of the stuff they talked about in chapter 3? Being involved in a murder case, memory loss, etc??
Djun is a huge jokester... After listing all the hardships they go through, they also say "even if all those things most definitely won't happen...does it make any difference?" Meaning, whatever the hardships, they go through them together with love and support. Djun is teasing while also giving comfort to the reader...it'll all be okay, no matter what!
