However, their DNA will show them XX result instead of XY. And they still have a "womb".
So, biologically, they're able to get pregnant just like most of people who have XX chromosomes.
Plus, they will need some hormone therapy such as estrogen, progesterone to keep their pregnancy well.

But as far as I know, the possibility for intersex people to get pregnant is lower than transgender FTM.
There are some types of intersex people. I forgot how many types, but some types have more complexity in terrms of their sexual hormons and organs.
Some intersex people have both genitals, developed womb and uterus, etc. Some others only have one genital and the other one is present but underdeveloped or not fuctional. Some others have the genitals but both are underdeveloped. I heard about a case like this before and the patient need a surgery to fix one of the genitals and remove the other one.
The underline is that, biologically, to get pregnant, someone usually have: XX chromosome, fuctional womb, uterus, and stable hormonal such as estrogen, progesterone, etc.

She is an intersexual and I did not view them as a female because that is not their gender.
