It is common for cells to have errors when copying DNA, it would be UNcommon to not have survived cancer (at that scale). It is even explained how your body deals with cancer cells constantly (vol2 ch9 pg 24 for ref), cancer becomes a real problem when your body cannot remove it in time and it actually does become a massive issue.
This person is most likely an avid hiker or tourist, constantly exposed to many dangers and experiences. Considering there have been people who have been struck by lightning multiple times and still live might give you some insight as to how normal this is.

Don't forget dengue! It's more prevalent in the tropical areas. The symptoms were really downplayed here. It's not just fever and headache and cough.if tge fever passes without being treated, the platelet count drops down like crazy, causing a need for blood transfusion. Your skin breaks in hives. It can kill, especially the young.

I'm rooting for Nogiku~I understand her antagonistic behaviour..All for the sake of her mother who wasted away and her miserable life because of Izana. Plus Izana 'sins' seems to be repeating over and over again with Kasane. Let's not forget about Neena. I really can't see anything relatable about Kasane nor I symphatize with Kasane..She's getting more and more 'evil' than ever. (I like how's this madness goes,keeps me glued with the manga)
Yet Kasane keeps on sinning for her own selfish sake and needs.. I bet Kasane will do everything she can so she would never be 'ugly' again. I'm afraid Nogiku will suffer the same fate as her mother's..I hope this manga never ends that way.. I don't want Kasane to be exactly like her mother..more bloods on her hand..i wish there's another path where both sisters can be at peace with one another..but this manga is all about Kasane right? I think Kasane will win everything..i have my own prediction of how i think the story will go..oh well let's see how this manga continues~ whatever the ending will be, I'm fine with it~

Well, I think you can't really compare Izana and Kasane's actions. Nina and Nogiku's mother are two completely different cases. Nogiku's mother was fully conscious and chained up when Izana was using her face: held against her will. Whereas Nina was literally unable to move due to brain damage sustained from her suicide attempt. Kasane wasn't keeping Nina against her will, it just happened so that there was an opportunity that Kasane could freely use Nina's face, and she took advantage of that.

You could argue that Nina was somewhat held against her will but, Kasane wasn't aware that Nina still had consciousness and believed that Nina was in a vegetative state. I mean, Kasane's really just made use of the worst situation. However, I admit that had Kasane been aware of Nina's state, she still would've used her face. But I think she would've attempted to keep Nina more company and talk to her. I even believe that she would even help Nina to communicate with her parents through her persona.

The blood on Kasane's hands is a bit hammed up as well. I personally believe that they're overexaggerating. Sure Kasane had acted in the place of Nina, but that was what Nina agreed to in the first place. Surely it is quite heartbreaking to see someone live the life that you want to live, but due to her condition, she was unable to. Who better than to give the opportunity to than Kasane, rather than have the opportunity wasted. Kasane had built a name for Nina, though Nina herself, unfortunately, was unable to do it, that still doesn't change the fact that a name had been built for her.

Also, would you not argue that Nogiku wanting to ruin Kasane's life is selfish as well? She's not doing it for anything other than satisfying herself for revenge against an older sister she has barely interacted with in her life. What Kasane said herself isn't far from the truth: Nogiku's just taking out her anger on Kasane. But I'll admit she has the right to be bitter towards Kasane, but even she herself said: if my older sister has lived a life happier than mine, I'll ruin it myself, or something along those lines.

But the point is, Kasane's life hasn't been easy either. Nogiku's just made the assumption she is, and that she ruined Nina's life... which is somewhat close to the truth, but it was mostly Nina's condition that was directly to blame for Nina's life being ruined. Kasane just happened to be involved.

Kasane didn't' tell her mom to chain Nogiku's mother up to die, she didn't tell her father to sexually abuse Nogiku as a substitute for Izana, nor did she even bear any ill intention towards her in the first place. Probably after capturing and finding out Nogiku's intentions would Kasane bear ill will... but who can blame her? She literally tried to ruin Kasane's shot into stardom by exposing her ugly face to the world!

Furthermore, Nogiku only has herself to blame for being captured and having her face used. If she hadn't killed Nina, Kasane wouldn't have broken new ground and become so desperate to be beautiful if Nina hadn't been taken away from her. What else did she expect? She willingly baited Kasane into using her face, meaning, they were already in agreement (though Nogiku only agreed on the surface) both parties had consented!

But who knows. Maybe Nogiku's mother had allowed Izana to borrow her face before, but at some point refused to allow her to use it any longer... hence Izana keeping her against her will with the help of Nogiku's father. We'll have to wait and see.

Of course Nogiku was right to kill Neena. Can you blame her for that? Neena just wanted it all to end.

Kasane might not aware of Neena's conditions of being awake yet paralysed. But after being lectured by Habuto (shoved in front of mirror scene), Kasane became a cold person towards Neena, no longer having 'talks' with Neena which disappoints me the most.

Yes~ it was pretty obvious that Kasane didn't tell her mum to chained Neena's mum nor the father to rape Neena..but the way she's becoming ruthless as her mum, because of Habuto...hahaha.

Things always gets more complicated and messier when Habuto intervenes. He kept on pulling the strings making Kasane becoming more ruthless (￣∇￣")
If only Kasane is as 'attach' with Nogiku as she is with Neena..

Don't get me wrong.. i don't hate Kasane, I like her how she makes the story interesting every single chapter.

But somehow Habuto really has his ways of making me dislike Kasane..I have always rooted for Kasane but I really just don't like it when Kasane is being easily manipulated by Habuto because in the end what Habuto did was ultimately for Izana's wishes and his. Does he genuinely did everything for Kasane? Of course not (from the way I see it)
