She didn’t really take care of them much... mainly because of how snakes work. From what I’m understanding is they usually stayed around Curtis, and I’m basing this off of chpt 135, but it seems that their children should have already left to claim their own territory. As for when they hatched, it was winter so she missed a large portion of raising them, because Curtis took them to a warmer area/ cave....thing.
I’m hoping that when we get the cubs we will see more of her raising them. At least I hope since it seems that the mammal offspring need more parental guidance.
She actively stops try to take care of them when curtis first tells her to stop because shes worried she'll mess them up so shes decided to let him raise them.
