Okay unpopular opinion but is anyone else kinda tired of how perfect everything always goes for the main leads? It's making the story mundane. None of the characters in general grow from their mistakes and develop as people because they never make mistakes. It's the perfect love story of the perfect genius surgeon and the perfect strong prince.
Maybe I'm just stupid and my brain is interpreting a "dynamic" romance between "dynamic" characters as a predictable relationship between two static characters. Maybe I'm expecting too much from a tl novel. Maybe I just need to shut up. I just had to get this off my chest because damn I'm tired of it all （￣へ￣）

I figured it was a way to show how weird it was for her, since her brain wouldn't have physically grown and developed the necessary brain bits for adult thought, and she's trying to force it through due to her adult soul. But when she's not actively working on it, the kid body overrides her Japanese consciousness.
