So I go to uni and before class I like reading manga but I find really awkward to open the home page because of all the yaoi manga just screaming look at me. I don't hide that I'm into anime and yaoi but I don't know why I still feel weird.
I have a similar problem, but with fanfics. I usually read some really rough stuff but I know people who are next to me in the bus wouldn't give two shits what I'm doing + they probs don't know english, but I still feel like I need to hide from them.
I think we just like privacy out from the public eye, I wouldn't really care if my friends discovered these stuff (some know) but I still like things like this to be for me only

BTW I'm 20 living in the US I also kinda want friends so live outside the US
