People hating the black haired girl, she's a highschool, young people, both men and women usually have romance in their mind. I get that it's not appropriate to add romance in the mc's situation but at the end of the day, he'd need someone to rely on, someone who'd support and understand him, someone who will lift him up from his dark past when all things are done
