Im glad Shinwoo got a happy ending. The story was really hard to get through (with the sheer amount of abuse), but the ending was so happy that i wanna cry. I had to skip whole chapters of Shinwoo and Hyun (i cant spell) because i couldnt handle their relationship. I like the story cuz its very real and it portrays those kinds of relationships in a real light. It goes over the emotional trauma that follows and how hard it is to get over. All the people who say that they get off to the abuse are messed up. Im not kink shaming or whatever tho (ive read plenty of BLs with fully consentual BDSM and i was fine with/ indifferent towards it). If both partners are consentual and have a safeword, then fine, whatever, do it that way if you like that more. But at no point was Shinwoo really ok with his situation. Silence is not consent, my dudes. Whenever Shinwoo wanted to say no, he stayed silent and for some messed up reason Hyun took that as an invitation.
Im just glad that Shinwoo found someone who really loves him. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.
