That’s why he collapsed during his college entrance exam and his headaches started after their break up. The omega probably doesn’t feel the symptoms cause they have their child. I don’t know if they figured out why he’s sick, the alpha didn’t know his partner was actually an omega. They might have some clue cause the sister did mention that he search for someone. Plus his rut is unstable and his body doesn’t seem to like other’s touches.

Well in the summary it says they imprinted and the alpha is looking for him. However, it doesn’t say that he’s actively searching for him so far in the story. But I can’t wait to see what happens after their met up in the first chapter. Especially after he finds out that other guy is an omega and he basically said to abort their child
