It's just sad and pitiful that I don't really know what to feel for the brothers .
The ending is just sad but right. The humans in this story is insufferable and horrible. They don't want to acknowledge their wrongdoings (especially that track suit guy) and realize how useless they are. Fucking want the blame off of them. I thought that girl can be someone the brothers rely and feel that not all humans are that bad, but noo she just have to trust a goddamn stranger for her daddy issues. Maybe the ending is just right. The brothers are the only ones remaining. They don't have anyone to confide with but themselves. Big master is suffering alone for the loneliness of taking care small master. The small master forgot his real nature. Everything they do is for themselves, in order to blend with the changing civilization that don't want to accommodate their species. Vlad looking after a stranger and cleaning his mess. The small master who forgot his goal of blending in with humans as a vampire and not as humans. Big master hurting to see his younger brother make his own foolish decisions but don't want to stop him. It happened countless of times for so long that they don't even remember why they are sharing a casket. A never-ending loop of routine in life to blend with humans but had to end because of humans. Maybe it was salvation for Vlad. He went through so much for his younger brother and never regretted a thing. He had the choice of ending small master's life when he found out his real identity, but no, he didn't. Because he knew small master and him are similar. They were strangers but they feel closer than friends. They had a special kind of relationship that won't be described with human words. Maybe Vlad's death will allow small master to wake up from his illusion. I don't know what happened to him in the end but I hope that he will live a life he deserve. Far away from human's cruelty. Just a life where he can apply the teachings Big Master imparted to him. Who knows maybe he will be in a place passing 'We Buy Blood' cards to passing people just like his brother.

I honestly don't know what to feel with this manhwa but I do know that's its a feeling I will encounter a good one. It was bittersweet but it's just life. It's a series of choices. It was nice meeting Big Master and Small Master. I hope that I can understand this story more when I have the heart to read it again. Adios~
