Hmmm....this would have been more "appealing" (not sure if that's the right word for it) if the ML had more positive traits. I mean, he likes the MC because the MC helped him out one time with schoolwork & refuses to get close to him, but the ML's being a complete tool about it. It's one thing to be pushy & rich, but the fact that he harassed an entire bar full of omegas, (in what was basically their safe fun zone, like imagine if some dude walked into a host club & verbally/physically threatened all the female customers), just because he could & all the times he's physically threatened & actually hurt the MC just pushes the ML into "total douche" territory. MC isn't much better as he was super anti-ML despite not knowing anything about him other than "he's an overly polite pushover" but now that ML's exposed himself as a rich jackass with zero respect for MC's rules or concerns (even bulldozing over the "no touching" rule), MC's suddenly "concerned" for him.

So when ML's just a nice classmate, he's all "ew" but when he's borderline rapey & uses your personal information/circumstances against you, THAT makes you care??? It's way too soon & not even intense enough to result in Stockholm Syndrome so I'm just chalking this up to the author not knowing how to create chemistry between the characters.

It doesn't look like the whole "alpha x alpha" aspect of it's going to be explored very well so I'm out. Reminds me of that one webnovel where gender roles were swapped but it was literally "girls can impregnate guys, guys are effeminate weak housewives with zero rights while girls are handsome masculine soldiers & politicians" which literally changed nothing about the setting other than pronouns being swapped.
