The love and care the authors put into this manhwa just makes me appreciate it even more. I've always loved the story, the art and the small details but reading the creator's note just makes me love it even more. This manhwa is at the top of my list for best manhwas I've read. Can't wait for season 3

Out of all the characters in this manhwa, I think Taesung has one of the best character development, especially in season 3. As someone who's been keeping up with this manhwa from the very beginning, it was hard to see Taesung's development until I reread the entire series as a whole. Seeing Taesung's interest with Sooyoung at the beginning starting off with curiosity and then developing into an obsession/possessiveness to the point where Taesung literally chains Sooyoung to the bed was heartbreaking. It was so difficult to read those chapters in season 2 (iykyk), that I started to hate Taesung for what he did. However when Sooyoung took the bullet for Taesung regardless what Taesung did to him, that was the turning point for Taesung. His monologue at the hospital (chapter 63) was full of regret and desperation, that all Taesung wanted was Sooyoung to be by his side. But seeing how fast Sooyoung could disappear from his grasps, Taesung decided to let Sooyoung go. And upon meeting Sooyoung again after Sooyoung got amnesia, Taesung still loves and wants to see Sooyoung but was afraid of losing him again (chapter 73). So Taesung keeps Sooyoung at an arm's distance away while still trying to give Sooyoung as much love and support as he can.

I'm not defending Taesung's actions towards Sooyoung, especially not after he locked Sooyoung up in the house. It was just nice to finally see a character taking the time to really reflect and try to fix and learn from his mistakes. All I can hope is that Taesung and Sooyoung are able to resolve their past and hopefully respect and love each other in the future.
