I think Kim Ho starts to like Sirang too but he scared if Sirang would leave him like how his dad and mum left him. If he opens his heart to Sirang it means he gives someone to hurt him again. And, the fight that he had with his friend slightly reminds him that fox and wolf can't be together.

I think Sirang really love Kim Ho but he lied to Kim ho's friend because of some reasons. And maybe Kim Ho's friend has some conflicts with Seunghoon (don't remember his name but he's Sirang's that hates Sirang). I don't know but I think there's something off about Kim Ho's and Sirang's friends like they have something hidden or history about their past relationship.
Now I miss Hyesung and Heesoo stupid fight.. urghh
