all i could think about was how scared i’d be in the dark with a stranger, not knowing what they’d do. and since bro didn’t give off the best first impression, i was even more on edge. ngl if the goal of that whole power outage scene was to make the guy come across even more creepy than before, it did the trick. congrats
i think for a topic like this it’s being handled *relatively* well. i was expecting this to turn sexual in the bath scene already and was pleasantly surprised when not even an allusion to anything sexual was made lol. i also like how it’s being called out repeatedly how fucked up this is. the only beef i’ve got with it is the underage looking bottom but oh well… i guess?
idk why some of y’all are so surprised. i don’t have a bathroom key either, so if someone’s over we just live life on the edge like that, no locking the door lol. instead of doing it under the covers right next to the guy, he went into the bathroom to jerk off. the other guy woke up half asleep, went to the bathroom, and probably didn’t realize the lights were on. i have seen worse scenarios in yaoi
i think it is very peculiar how for every rape scene where lord baeksa and faceless mobs are involved we get a warning, but when rape or sexual assault happens between him and muyeon there’s nothing? no warning suddenly? were the warnings just not uploaded here or were they not there in the first place? anyway this has too much rape and sexual assault. at the very least it could have done without the rape between the MCs. such a shame. the plot seemed super interesting, but it’s a drop for me
Actually there is warning, you just haven't noticed
i have. there is exactly 1 in that chapter where - incidentally - two scenarios of sexual assault/rape happen and i’m not giving it the benefit out a doubt. that warning is for the flashback with the faceless mobs, not for what happens between the MCs lol
But between the main characters Muyeon and Baeksa there wasn’t any rape
It was a double non con/dubious consent at best. Muyeon was between the dead and alive and Baeksa was trying to wake him up.
if one character constantly says “no, stop it, take it out” and the other character consequently ignores these requests, that’s called rape, and it’s exactly what happened between them. also, muyeon was literally assaulted in his sleep (sleep = unable to give consent, neither has he given it beforehand). that’s not just “non con or dub con at best”, that’s plain on-screen sexual assault. so why was there no warning when it’s so important in other places (namely every time it’s not about the MCs)
I will repeat. Because it’s not consider to such an extreme since again it was a double non con, it’s not like Muyeon wanted to rape Baeksa or viceversa.
Maybe 'cause watching Baeksa struggle to crawl away, drugged, full of cum and his hands, knees and elbows bleeding from being abused is more of a triggering sight than him and Muyeon just fucking it out after Muyeon nearly died lol
I mean, I'm all for using tw's, but let's not pretend that there isn't clearly a difference between violent gangrape and the two MCs being idiots.
i don’t think you understood what i am trying to imply. i don’t care about tws in a sense that i need them personally because i find all of this so gruesome, i am being sarcastic. it’s just that think it is very telling in what way the author (or whoever is really being responsible for issuing these warnings) wants the viewer to perceive the sex between the MCs compared to the sex between the mobs and baeksa. and it’s clearly working, looking at your reply. the rape and assault between the MCs suddenly becomes “just them fucking it out” or “just them being idiots”, because it’s “not as violent and cruel as the other rape”. in other words: the rape and assault between the MCs apparently does not need warnings because it is not as bad as the rape between the mobs and baeksa. but it’s still rape an assault, and that’s just sad.
if they didn’t want it, the author could have just not made them lol
You’re missing the point me and the other user pointed to u.
