You know what? I was really enjoying this in a dark kind of way, but after reading some spoilers I’m going to drop it.

So apparently Mujin’s ex comes and gets jealous and mistreats Cho Ah and repeatedly rapes him and the author apparently ends up making Cho Ah eventually enjoy getting raped (personally, I don’t want to see an MC get raped, but considering this is a darker storyline I wouldn’t quit bc of that, but I hate the narrative of the victim enjoying their sexual assault. It just hits me badly).
The ex tries to kill Cho Ah, Cho Ah gets saved by another man who ends up raping him while he’s drugged.
You can scroll back a few pages to find a comment that explains more. I don’t necessarily think the storyline is bad, but it’s just not the kind I can personally be bothered to continue.

Look I know Mujin is fully evil and I’m not defending his actions at all, however sometimes Cho Ah really gets on my nerves. He’s so innocent and trusting to the post where it’s almost stupidity. I just want to shake him and tell him to use his f**king head sometimes and stop being so naive!
I know his kind personality is what attracted Mujin, but it’s also attracting a lot of creeps too. I kinda want to see a situation where Mujin doesn’t step in and slay the person with evil intentions just so Cho Ah can learn the consequences of his actions.
no honestly im happy to see that cho-ah is a really kind person but it is unfortunate that he does trust people too easily. but im not going to blame him for that and think he should have the bad end because of that. I hope cho-ah actually stands up to mujin once and for all since that's really hard to do to someone that is manipulating and gas lighting you the whole entire time you're together.
I’m going to admit it, Kaede is my favourite. He’s the classic stoic brute with a sensitive side, and I love that. He’s so thoughtful and sweet, and his jealous reactions are so adorable and funny. However, and this is a big however, I don’t ship him with her. That s what’s making this so frustrating because I really like him better (I often tend to like the more expressive characters over the quite characters), but I can’t see them being together.
Their parents are happily married and she’s really loves her new dad, is she really going to give that all up? And yeah, they have cute scenes together, but most of it to me seems like pent up teenage hormones to be honest. Give these kids some damn space to sort out their priorities. They’re currently living together with this high tension atmosphere they’ve created without any break to digest their feelings away from each other.
Personally I really want her to get together with Harato. He’s nice and I really like him too, and the best best part: he’s not your mcfucking brother.
y'all weird, he is not her brother, she can marry him, it is not a sin even in religions , uthe brother who u can't married to is ur biological brother that's all, and oc in ur countries a brother can be the adopted boy too, but here he is not adopted not a biological brother so basically he is not brother he is the son of her mom's husband, it is totally fine if they fall for each other and parents has nothing to do with it, i don't understand how that can affect the mom and dad relation !! plus u can live with someone for years and not devolopping any love for him, she just likes him now so let it be, and yes a agree if they would date they will ruin the house's atmosphere bcz it is really weird living with ur boyfriend in the same house when u r just a high schooler

I love the baron in these past few chapters! He was acting a little sus before and I was worried he may plot something against Mildred &co, but now it seems like he’s on her side and is there to give her support! I love his cheeky little smirk when Mildred is giving these old ladies a piece of her mind!
Okay Mujin is crazy and a mass murderer, but I kinda feel like there’s something deeper to the story here? I’m starting to question whether Mujin is actually Sura or not…
I love the swift shift in perspectives from “wow I’m going to faint because I’ve seen too many handsome men!!” To “everyone is in mourning because they believe she’s deathly ill and close to the end”
Sometimes I forget she technically isn't (￣∇￣") like, I read all the 'her death will shake us all' bits and I start cryin a little bit and then I read her bits about her internal nosebleeds bc of her thirst and I LAUGH
Taesung is tall and muscular and generally takes Pm the “protector” role in this story so it’s really refreshing to see the author show him being sickened by the assault and a little bit traumatised. Not that I ever want him to be uncomfortable, but I like how we get to see that even if someone is big and masculine they too are the victims of assault and it shouldn’t be glossed over just because they’re physically strong.
Oh my god, this is exhausting.
I know it’s hard to say “just talk it out” in these intense situations, but really, they’re just not talking AT ALL. Like, every time one of them could say “I didn’t do that” or explain themselves there’s not even an ATTEMPT to talk. They don’t even try. The characters at this point even seem to be wilfully creating more misunderstandings by saying “I have nothing to say” when they very well DO have something to say.
I’ve read a lot of stories with misunderstandings and this should t be affecting me as much as it is, but it really has become beyond annoying with how the accusations and mistrust are building up over nothing. It seems like there could be a good story I underneath all of this, but they just can’t get to it because of all the ~drama~ they’re creating.
