If I were the ML, I would tell the MC specially after he reacted that badly after saying he can't reveal the identity of the other person. It would cross everyone's morality and all but I'd rather save my relationship with MC, if I really love him enough to trust the "confidentiality" the other person asked the mL to keep. Like, if that would make him calm and believe even just a little. Bcoz keeping it would only hurt the MC even more.
To be clear, am not saying mL is wrong tho. Jist saying that's what I would do.
The ML's first love is the MC.
While the MC is the "slut" since day one they met.
