After Kiku was looking into some photo album, a blink of memory came out when he was seeing a old photo(taken by him) of Shirou's Grand father. Then he started remember everything( the manga's pace went to the past to show Kiku and Shirou's grandfafher relationship). I still dont know his name, i cant understand(Kiku is grandpas name)
i think i might confuse you, but Kiku(black hair guy) only has this name bc he doesnt remember his own name and that's Shirou gave to him. Actually, Kiku is the name of Shirou's grandpa.

Shikatani is receiving letters from his old crush, even after that happened, which shows that the friend is trying to reconnect and stuff. My theory is that they're either going to get together or shikatanis going to learn to heal. Also a theory on jimmy: he said he got this huge scar from falling from rafters as a kid- and the sex scene shows a flashback to him climbing as a kid as he has this monologue on like how he loves yuri and wants him to kill him. He totally has like a death wish/sacrificial side. Dunno how this fits together for him. Maybe they used to be childhood friends or maybe it's just a dark past????
