As soon as she became pregnant the story became really stupid. I mean before her pregnancy the ML always made some bodyguards follow her secretly for protection. And as soon as she becomes pregnant he just stoppes doing that? For real dear author that makes no sense. Just doing that for the sake of creating supposedly thrilling incidents to keep the readers interested is just plainly stupid and not thrilling at all. #－.－)

What's so bad about her wanting to stay a child? And the thing about her being reincarnated. Since it was only mentioned at the beginning it's either that she already forgot all those memories after just a few years or that the author only included that bit to make the story more interesting (and to get readers hooked at the beginning.) Either way as it is she is just a normal child without any memories of being reincarnated AND she was treated like shit in the first years of her life. Wanting to be loved and not wanting for this to change is a natural psychological result of something like that. Seems like those who call this attention seeking didn't get as much love as they needed... ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Well I'm quite sure there will be a point in the story where she has to 'grow up' and 'act like an adult', which simply means to take responsibility for one's own thoughts, words and acts (tbh most 'adults' don't take enough responsibility for their actions to even be qualified to call themselves real adults), to overcome some kind of hurdle. But there really is no hurry for that. And even after she becomes a strong, independent woman there's nothing wrong with getting spoiled by the people one loves and who also love you back. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
